We're back after an amazing week. Check-in was as smooth as possible and I'm not sure we could have gotten a better unit for our purposes. We ended up in a corner unit on the second floor of building 2, which if I'm not mistaken was deluxe, which I wasn't expecting. It was a very convenient location for the coming and going of all of the family and friends that were also there, and was great for lunches and dinners on the lanai, which helped our food bill and blood pressure. I miss it already, we're ruined from here on out.

Just got back from Maui today. All we can say is WOW!!! We had a top floor ocean view condo which was AWESOME!! We spent the last two days at the Hyatt which seemed like a dump in comparison (tho still fun).
We're already missing it there as it is snowing here, etc...

We really enjoyed our stay at your Westin Kaanapali Ocean resort Villa timeshare property last April (remember, I sent the check with the card that had the picture of the thong sandals on it).

We're looking to take another vacation to Maui in the near future and wanted to check with you to see if you have the same room type available for our travel dates. We'd like to rent a 1 bedroom/1 bth villa with ocean view, for 7 nights between either of the time periods:

Tom provided excellent service for renting his Time Share at the Westin Kaanapali Resort. I had to change my reservations 3 times with Tom and he treated me very fairly. The accommodations were excellent. In my opinion Kaanapali Beach is the nicest location in Maui. You will not find a nicer place to stay then the Westin, especially at the rates Tom charges.

My husband and I rented a villa at the Westin Ocean Resort Villas through Tom in February 2008. Our experience working with Tom was very easy and our stay at the Westin Villas far exceeded our expectations. The room was new, very clean, and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchenette and in-room washer and drier were convenient. The grounds around the hotel were very nice and we enjoyed walking through them at the end of our daily walks on the beach. Some of the major selling points for us were the free shuttle service to both Whaler's Village and Lahina, (we hardly had to use our rental car the entire week) and the countless whales we saw from the beach right in front of the hotel!! We also really liked the easy beach access, ample poolside lounge area, and the free fitness facility at the resort. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely work with Tom and stay at the Westin Villas on our next trip to Maui without thinking twice!!!!

As our trip ends tom. I just wanted to say thanks. Online sales can be scary and this worked out wonderfully. I will surely refer you to anybody I know traveling to Maui. The resort is very nice and upon checkin we were put in a deluxe ocean front room. Waking up to the ocean each day was awesome and we were hoping for ocean view much less ocean front. We did not buy a timeshare or even go to the sales presentation. Thanks again Tom and we will surely contact you again if we need a room in Maui.

Hello Tom,

Just arrived back last night.  We had a wonderful time staying at the Westin.   The deluxe ocean view studio was more than adequate for our family of four.   We really appreciated the amenities such as the full kitchen and incredible bathroom with it's huge shower and jacuzzi tub.  The huge shower was a plus cleaning up the kids after a day at the pool.  Also, having a washer/dryer in the studio was a nice convenience.  Our kids really enjoyed the new Pirate Ship pool and spending time at the beach fronting the property.   I could go on and on ...we would definitely do this again!

Tom,I never got a chance to thank you for letting us rent your Villas at the Westin Kanapali.Let me start by saying everything about the Villas was wonderful.  The service there was great.  The location could not be any better and the process through you and the Westin was great.  It was so easy to check in and out with the staff always willing to help.To be honest when I first found your information I was a little skeptical but this absolutely exceeded all my expectation.  You information prior to the trip really had me relaxed on the flight and from there on everything was perfect.  When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the grounds and our rooms.  The rooms ended up being the perfect size for our family.   The view from the rooms was great and the snorkeling right off the beach was impeccable.  I'm sure I could go on and on about our vacation but will spare you the long read.  Again, thank you for your help in getting everything set up. I wanted to let you know we had a great trip and my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the Westin Villas North.  We were very happy with the room we were given as well (studio 5303).  The guy at the front desk said it was ocean front although it seemed to be more pool-front with an ocean view....but we weren't complaining at all.  After we got our bearings of the resort's layout, we were pretty happy with our room as we had a nice view of the resort with the ocean in the background (it could have been worse!).  The studio was plenty big for the 2 of us and the washer/dryer in the room allowed us to pack less.  Overall a great trip and the booking process with you went smoothly.  I'll be sure to recommend you if I get the opportunity.  Thanks!

This 3 bedroom house is located in the Waimanalo Beachlots and is only 10 houses from the beach access and the white sands of Waimanalo Beach (Bellows Beach). Safe for children and adults of all ages. There is snorkeling offshore and surfing a 5 minute drive from the house. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath which a huge yard and 2 big covered lanais. The bedding consists of 4 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2 of the queen beds are shown in the living room area.

The full kitchen has everything you will need and opens to the bar area and living and dining rooms. The front lanai is a great place to gather but the tiki bar on the back lanai is fantastic. The backyard has the BBQ, beach shower, hot tub, and hot tub patio. There is a beach bathroom off the front Lanai for people coming back from the beach or kids playing in the yard. I will offer you my SURF-VAN for 7 days or longer at a rate based on $30/day or less for longer term rentals.

This van comes with a fold-up, foam mattress (single) plus a sheet, blanket, pillow and beach towel. This is a very mechanically sound vehicle, but it looks like a "Beater" so you will fit in with the locals wherever you go.

We'll even pick you up at the airport for free with a reservation of 4 weeks or longer (a $30 savings).

This air-conditioned one bedroom executive condominium has lots of upgrades and additions. The normal rate is $129 per night. This is a temporary special offer. This is not one of those rentals that advertise close to the beach but is actually on the polluted Ala Wai Canal nor is it one of those residential walk up buildings that has no elevators thus leaving you to carry your luggage up and down many flights of stairs. Kalakaua is where all the major hotels are one block to the beach. The unit is equipped with a Pentium IV computer that allows high speed internet access and Wi-Fi for your laptops. This is an immaculate one bedroom that sleeps four comfortably. It has a Deluxe King bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sleeper couch bed with lots of extra linens. There is also a single futon with linens. This suite has been stocked with X Box & games and a movie video library. It boasts a full kitchen with brand new refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, rice cooker, dishes and silverware. Also deluxe Sharper Image T-Fal toaster, heavy duty blender, 2 color TVs, 2 stereos(CD & Tape), 2 VCRs, 2 DVD Players, Panasonic microwave, tea pot, coffee maker and grinder, 2 remote phones, 2 smoke alarms, iron and ironing board, large vacuum w/hand vacuum, alarm clock radio/CD player and ipod docking station/player/charger in the bedroom. As you exit the front door, to your right is an ABC store and the left a 7-11. You can't get more convenient than that. You are a stroll away from the beach. Access was easy. 04/15/12 Positive We stayed at Emmanuel's condo at Kalakaua Ave for 9 days from April 4 to April 13. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Emmanuel makes sure that all his customers use his condo clean and takes great care of his unit. He also provides lots of towels to make your stay by the beach carefree and clean. From the condo, it is a very short walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village right at the beach, so don't miss to go out on a nice post dinner walk and check out their Friday night fireworks!(It is supposed to be for about 10 minutes starting 7:45PM, but give yourself a little extra time as they could start it a little earlier) My two young boys (11 and 8) each got to have his own bed (couch bed and futon bed) to sleep and to call his base. The king size bed at the bedroom was very comfortable and we slept very well. We also watched some movies Emmanuel had on his TV including "Decendants","Slumdog Millionaire" and "Kickass". 10/18/10 Positive Location, location, location - there isn't a better place to stay in Waikiki. If you plan on staying in the Honolulu/Waikiki area, don't even bother renting a car because EVERYTHING (shopping, dining, beaches, convenience stores, public trans, rental shops, other hotels, tourist attractions, etc.) is within close walking distance from Emmanuel's condo - literally "down the street". I rented both a bicycle (beach cruiser) & car (Nissa Sentra), so the free garage parking & convenient street bike racks were a major plus. The garage space is a bit tight but I fit just fine next to a huge SUV thanks to my San Francisco parking skills lol. There are also many bus stops across the streets, & the easy-to-navigate bus ride to the airport took less than an hour during a busy afternoon. Emmanuel was always prompt & thorough responding to all my concerns, & he even allowed me to check-in SUPER early which was great because down the street at the Hilton, where I was staying at first, did not have free internet access so I ended up checking out of there early & staying at his condo instead. The place is, of course, very clean & Emmanuel does insist it stay that way so he can return the deposit, which he did so fast I had just barely left the airport after my trip to Hawaii. It is noisy outside but you don't hear any of that noise if you close the doors of course! Anyway, it was MUCH quieter than the Hilton, where I was rudely awakened at sunrise everyday (until I checked-in to the condo) by angry hotel employees on strike. That is the first thing my wife said to me when we got inside. IT IS SO CLEAN. The condo provides you with every possible video treat you can imagine, however most of the items were lost on us, as we were too busy enjoying the outdoor sites and too tired at night to play with the toys. The free parking was wonderful, as I found out when I had to leave and was charged $22.00 per night to park my car. That apparently is reasonable as some rates are up to $35.00 per night. The apartment really was immaculate. We went to the beach everyday which is literally a five minute walk to the biggest sandy beach area of Waikiki. YES! White powdery sand beach directly behind condo. This is a true one bedroom that sleeps four to six comfortably. It is not one of those studios with a small bed niche that others at the complex (Pats at Punaluu) try to pass off as a one bedroom with their fisheye lens pics. This unit is the ground floor corner unit, the most preferred location so you can avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. All visitors have agreed that this unit is absolutely the best location in the building. Luxurious upgrades include granite counter top, travertine type flooring, $3,000 massage chair and state of the art ceiling fans. It has a cherry wood sleigh King bed with pillowtop mattress in the bedroom, a full size "top of the line" futon couch which is more comfortable than a bed (at a cost of more than $400 for the futon mattress alone), 2 single futons and even an extra full size king air mattress with pump and lots of extra linens. There is a Pentium IV computer in the bedroom that has unlimited high speed internet access and Wi-Fi for your laptops. The unit is stocked with quality snorkeling equipment, quality Boogie boards, movie video library and even books. There is a full kitchen with large refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, dishes and silverware, paintings of ocean and ocean life, track lighting in both front and back rooms, acrylic glass set, microwave containers, knife set, 'patio set with cushions .....Also deluxe toaster oven w/rotisserie, automatic rice cooker, 2 color TVs, VCR, DVD Player, Panasonic microwave, coffee maker and grinder, Kenmore washer/dryer, remote phone, leather Recliner chair and clock radio/CD player in the bedroom. You will enjoy visiting because part of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself (Yes it is always safe). The area (Hauula) is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki. About 45 minutes to an hour drive. It is not far from the Polynesian Cultural Center (about a 10 min.drive). The city bus line picks up directly in front of the unit. Sunset Beach is about 15 minutes away. Baywatch Hawaii and Lost were filmed about 25 minutes away in Haleiwa and North Shore on FOX was filmed 20 minutes away in the same direction. "Hawaii Five 0" is presently being filmed on the island. Foodland Supermarket is a major chain in Hawaii and is ten minutes away. The building is eight stories high. Avoid lengthy elevator waits on your vacation. It is thirty steps to a white secluded sandy beach. The ocean is calm because of a reef 1/4 mile out which blocks the waves. It is perfect for kids to enjoy snorkeling and swimming. The building has amenities like professional Bar-b-que area, gym, swimming pool next to your unit and sunning area behind your unit. Your parking stall is included and located right in front of the unit. This is the ground floor, corner unit. This is the preferred size and location. The unit extends from one end of the building to the other and measures approximately 850 sq. ft. The normal rate is $174 per night. I have temporarily dropped the price to $144 except for the Holiday period from December 15 to January 15. This is a temporary special rate. Rate is based on occupancy of up to four people. Please add $9 per night per person after four.

This is all ocean view and on the ground floor so there are no steps to negotiate. And yes, your parking stall is provided at no extra charge directly in front of the unit. The free local telephone service will save money compared to hotels.

I also love that it is so low key on that side of the island, we made the mistake of going to Wikikii once and it was just like being in Los Angeles, I told my husband to get me back to our little piece of paradise. The condo is perfectly located far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu but close enough to major highways that you can get there within 30 minutes if you like. There are so many amazing beaches within a short drive, you simply can't go wrong. Papa Ole's was one of if not the best eatery we visited while on the island. 08/03/11 Positive Our two sons are headed off to college in about three weeks and we wanted a great place to spend one more family vacation, and we found it. Emmanuel's condo was everything advertised. We wanted something closer to the Banzai Pipeline, Shark's Cove (better snorkeling than Hanauma Bay), and the shops at Hale'wia. My oldest son even hiked to the two waterfalls on the Laie trail. If you like massive crowds stay in Waikiki, its like Times Square with a beach. If you want something relaxing and 'laid back', stay at Emmanuel's place. It had everything we needed. The photos posted are very accurate and reflected exactly what we found. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We were leery about not having AC, but it was not an issue. We had a beautiful ocean breeze blowing in every day, it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed to fix meals. The condo was stocked with plenty of snorkel equipment which we used. And, it was true in that we practically had the beach to ourselves. It was a very enjoyable stay and we'd recommend this condo hands down. We'd stay again. Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

There is a nice breeze that goes through it to keep things nice and cool. The beach was amazing and very beautiful and quiet. A local neighbor told me that the snorkeling here was even better than Hanuama Bay. Unfortunately, it rained the whole week we were there so we didn't actually try snorkeling here but the water was very nice and no big waves. You could see where the big waves were breaking out where the reaf is. We did have an issue while we were staying at the condo but Emmanuel was extremely responsive and helpful. He was very concerned for the quality of our vacation and making sure the condo was comfortable. Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway.

01/02/11 Positive 29/11/2010: Great location and very nice apartment. To be able to walk out of the apartment, a few steps across the grass and we were on the beach was a big positive. Protected waters for snorkelling and not very many people on the beach. The polynesian centre was very close and it was a good location to explore the north shore. Since it was our first time visiting Oahu we were unsure of the location but it turned out well as it was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. The tradewinds at the condo were always a pleasure and made sleeping comfortable. Our favorite part of the condo was the lanai and we pretty much hung out there for eating, playing cards, and just relaxing with the beautiful view. You can never run out of things to do in Oahu but it was great to come back to the condo to recharge our batteries after a day of fun! 10/19/09 Positive Looking for someplace to really kick-back? This is just for you. Perfectly situated on the eastern side of the island, great for exploring all of Oahu and still have a quiet home base to return to. There's big waves and lots of surfing and shopping close by to the North (don't forget the Turtles, FANTASTIC!) and easy to make your way around the whole island from Punalu'u. Swim in the pool. We found the beach in our own back yard to be the BEST! Snorkel, swim, sunbath. Perfect water temperature. The condo is great and you really feel welcome, just home. Everything you need for cooking, relaxing, entertainment, even a washer and dryer (don't over pack like I did). We don't have kids but there seemed to be a more than ample supply of things for children and besides if your kids are anything like what ours used to be like they will never want to get out of the water. 06/22/09 Positive We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this unit. It's a corner first floor unit with the lanai fronting the pool and the ocean beyond. For us ex-kamaaina's it was good to be away from "concrete city" (Waikiki) and revisit island living. It was great to be so close to Turtle Bay for golfing/drinks; stop in at Crouching Lion for dinner/drinks; shop at Tamura's (cheaper than Foodland); and be sure to go to the Polynesian Cultural Center about 5 miles away. 04/20/09 Positive Imagine entering an adorable and nicely decorated apartment at night, wondering what the scenery might be once you wake up. Well, the most beautiful ocean view and lush garden awaits you in the morning. We enjoyed beauty and serenity, our daily come back to this little paradise after having explored all that Oahu has to offer. It was just as described on the site. Our host Emmanuel was sure to check on us to be sure we were comfortable. We loved the privacy and the quiet, the warm breezes through the Palm trees, the lovely pool and the views of the ocean were stunning! 02/12/09 Positive Can I just say...BEAUTIFUL?!!! It's steps away from the beach. He has so much snorkeling equipment (fins, masks, snorkels)... You can snorkel right out in front of the property. There is a private beach, really peaceful... So one way you get an amazing view of the beach, and the other way, you get a view of the beautiful mountains... So PERFECT! The condo has internet access, tv, huge king sized bed, futon, enclosed patio (but the breeze just flows right through). Towels, laundry facilities in the unit, pots, pans, cups, blankets, pillows... Seriously, everything you need is there! It's a very nicely decorated unit!!!! But also has that beachy, laid-back Hawaiian feel to it. I am SOOOOOO glad I found this place! Going beach to beach on Oahu

Pipeline to the toilet bowl, beach lovers always tend to find flawless beaches in Hawaii

The island's 112 miles of coastline allows for more than 130 beaches, making for one of the most scenic drives in the world. Swim at your own risk, and try not to cause any accidents while driving around the island.

Assuming you're in Waikiki, you'll find a 2-mile string of a dozen beaches just outside your doorstep. They stretch from the Ala Wai Yacht Basin to Diamond Head and are known as Kuhio, Sans Souci, Gray's and Kahanamoku. Ala Moana Beach Park, just west of Waikiki, is a favorite of local residents.

Another popular South Shore beach is Hanauma Bay Nature Park on Kalaniana'ole Highway just past Hawaii Kai in East Honolulu. Hanauma Bay is great for snorkeling and sunbathing, but expect it to be crowded. Back on the highway headed east, you'll travel along a rugged swell-splashed coastline interrupted first by Sandy Beach and then by Makapu'u. Both beaches are beautiful, but sometimes treacherous. (Lifeguards make more rescues at these two beaches than anywhere else in Hawaii.)

Continue on down the highway to Waimanalo Town, where you'll find Waimanalo Bay Recreational Center and Beach Park, a 4-mile stretch of generally safe always beautiful white sand beach. Kailua Bay, a favorite windsurfing and sailing location, offers three miles of sand, small shorebreaks for the beginning bodysurfer, windsurfing lessons and relatively deserted stretches of beach.

Along the coast to the North Shore are several beach parks of note-Kualoa, Kahana, Hau'ula and Mala'ekahana, all beautiful and uncrowded except on weekends. Next come Oahu's major surf spots. Known as the 7 Mile Miracle stretch from Sunset Beach to Haleiwa, beaches include Rocky Point, Ehukai Beach Park, Banzai Pipeline, Pupukea and Waimea Bay.

During winter months, waves may reach heights of up to 25 feet making these beaches definitely off limits to casual swimmers. But then, you can always watch the big wave riders.

Water safety tips worth remembering: consult lifeguards about ocean conditions before entering the water; heed all warning signs; never swim alone; never go out farther than you can swim; if you see someone in distress call for a lifeguard or dial 911; know your limits — if in doubt, don't go out; and never take what you can't carry (leave your valuables at home.)

Skin precautions are also recommended. Adjust to the sun gradually and use a broad-spectrum sunblock cream or lotion with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, maybe 21 or higher. (Many Oahu lifeguards use 30+ SPF.)

Your journey begins as you head to the windward side of the Island over the Ko’olau Mountains. Located at the base of a stunning 2,000-foot lush green cliff lies the fabled Valley of the Temples and picturesque Byodo Temple. Traveling North to Kahana Bay, your guide will happily point out native plants and seabird species at Laie Point before arriving at Kahuku where you’ll visit several shrimp farms for a glimpse of some endangered wetland birds.

Further North you’ll arrive at the famous North Shore beaches, Sunset Beach and Banzai Pipeline offer incredible waves that thrill viewers and professional surfers during the winter months, November-April. Photo opportunities await at Hale O Lono Heiau, one of Oahu's best preserved temples. Situated inside the lush Waimea Valley, this unique archaeological site is an excellent site to learn about Hawaiian native religion.

Finishing your journey are stops at Turtle Beach, colorful historic Haleiwa Town and Dole Plantation.
